August 12th- Shooting Camp

3 Hours of working on game like shots. Athletes will be put to the through different drills on their shooting repetition.

August 13th- Get to the Rim

3 hours of working on different attacking moves to get past your defender while using different finishing moves at the rim.

August 14th- Small Sided Games

3 Hours of playing different small sided games to work on the skills learned during the "shooting Camp" and "Get to the Rim" sessions. This will be done in game like situations
