What is the purpose of the “Nothin’ but Net Cornhole Tournament”?
Tyler Mueller and Brian Hebein have been directing the Chapman-North Basketball Academy for the past 3 seasons. Chapman-North Basketball Academy is a basketball program in South East Wisconsin that offers club basketball, training, camps, leagues, and tournaments. As our program continues to grow we have noticed that there is a need to help young athletes financially support the cost involved with these programs. After seeing some families struggle in our program we wanted to create an opportunity to support even more athletes of all sports in our neighboring communities. That is when we decided to start a nonprofit organization called TB Opportunities Corporation. This Non-Profit organization will help provide financial assistance to families in the Sheboygan and Ozaukee County areas. Our mission started off as an opportunity to give youth basketball players more opportunities to develop their game. Our new mission is to help ALL student athletes participate in sports they love no matter what their funds of knowledge may be. The money being raised will help cover student athletes registration costs, uniform packages, and travel expenses when needed. In addition to helping fund some of these costs we want to make education and community involvement a point of emphasis for student athletes. Each year we will be giving an academic and a trades scholarship to an individual that meets our qualifications. Athletics have a crucial role in preparing our student athletes for future success in life. This will be a day full of fun while impacting so many student athletes' development. We can’t wait for August 20th!
